Based on some research on this site I am planning to take these supplements for size increase and strength. I'll also be taking whey protien shakes and possibly creatine (mono). (unless it's overkill). I am almost '5 10" 170lbs... I was wondering what your take is on how quick I could gain 10 LBS. I don't eat alot (medium size meals 3 -4 a day) - I am pretty much cut up and have a high metabolism despite I am 41. Please reply if anyone is also in a similar stack or if you have other suggestions. My diet will also consist of pleanty of red meat, chicken, some carbs, vegs, (some deserts) again supplementing with protien shakes. Again, my goal is strength and size 10-15 LBS.
