When this stuff first came out, people didn't really talk about loading with it. It was pretty much a preworkout product. If a person only takes it on heavy lifting days, will it stil have most of the effectiveness?
is like creatine and all other supplements. you want to make sure you keep it in ur system..also dont u want the full effect not partial? so why limit beta? is not expensive. buy it in bulk..also u wanna take in atleast 4grams spread throughout the day
i do 2.5g morning and add 2.5g to my pre-workout.. i make sure i get 5g a day.. never dose 5g at a time though, **** made me sick as hell when i did that.

supposedly the absorption rates decline if you take more than 1.6g at a time. thts why they say to take 1.6 four times a day in the beginning and then twice.

they reference it in there but i cant find the one that directly talks about loss through urine. i mean there is a reason why it was designed to take in doses of 1.6grams. i myself noticed a decline in effect when i would do 3.2 or more at once.
