500 is a good place to start, if your doing cardio regularly shouldnt have to drop it any more than that or may start noticing muscle loss, i did anyway.. Im recomping rite now at around 3500, actually 100 cals or so over my maintenance. but do cardio after every workout and also have pretty active job, but results are rite where i want them for now..
Thanks guys. I think I'm gonna stay at maintainance and see how it goes. Im doing cardio 5 days a week so I dont want to lose too quick. The cardio is for bulding endurance not so much weight loss. Though I know it will contribute to it
