capsaicin/spices to aid my cut?

Any thoughts and what form of these i should take, i got spices and all at home, does anyone take these and in what form, when, how often, what dose?

Just had abit of a brainwave i could cap the spices therefore i dont have to go through the pain lol

Everything is cheap in the usa unfortunately in the uk we gotta usually pay double the price, should i just look for capsaicin caps?

Honestly if it costs too much then its not worth it. I can't every tell if I am taking it or not and only use it when it is cheap enough.
