sorry to hate on jacked but jacked isnt my fav dont get me wrong its okay for me but the crash is awefull, personally white flood is my favorite by far IMO it blow jacked out of the water in every aspect, goes to show not everyone is the same.

Somewhat exaggerated, but to each his own.

wow-you are 1st ive heard say that about asgt, but i understand about not responding-i don't get much from jacked [4 scoops]. at 4 scoops i do feel it though.

Four scoops! Have you considered a non-stim pre-workout?

it's the geranium i don't respond to. i gave a jug to my son and he loved it-it isn't just jacked, i don't respond to any geranium containing product.

except oep-can't explain that????

and white flood is 50% cheaper per serving :)

yup i seriously love white flood its almost as if you guys made it especially for me or something
maybe we did ;) :D
You never míss a chance to take a jab at Jack3d! And while you are at it, stick to the facts!

~60 cents per serving versus ~40 cents is a ~ 50% difference, that is a fact.

Not sure where these numbers come from.

At NutraPlanet, the 50-serving size of White Flood sells for $29.99 (=> 60cents per serving), while the 20-serving size sells for $15.99 (=> 80cents per serving).

Jack3d sells for $27.99 or 62cents per serving.

you can get the 100 serving size on the web for 39.99 or less (36 in some places)

so that is 36-40 cents per serving

60 cents is 50% more than 40 cents, hence my math :)

either way both products get great reviews, so good luck with it.

NutraPlanet is my reference point. The prices are clearly stated; no speculations.

Is there a preworkout supplement that would be best for weights, and another that is best for cardio only workouts. I've got a buddy that takes premax for his crossfit and says he likes it better for that than his regular bodybuilding style workouts.

I'm always gonna advocate Jack3d by USPLabs. With a pre-workout, I'm lookin for that mental focus and awareness. Drop two scoops, stretch out a bit and in half an hour I'm walkin with a grove and a mental rage to lift heavy. I don't get jittery motion or crazy pumps from it, just an awesome focus on exactly what it is I'm trying to accomplish.

RPM+Drive seconded! Killer combo. Tempted to tack on Neovar to that.

I also add beta alanine from bulk (currently Primaforce Beta Alanine) to my pre-workout protein shake. Depending on what other bulk powders I have hanging around at the moment, I'll also mix in some additional arginine, BCAAs (or leucine), glutamine, lysine, creatine, HMCs, HMB, etc.

I've tried NO-Xplode before (too much caffeine and too much BSN) and SP250 before. However, after trying RPM (and the simplicity of a pill-based pre-workout solution), I wouldn't go back to those. But I am considering trying Jack3d once the RPM runs out based on all the good feedback here.

Cheers.

What are you guys using on off days? Some products say to use smaller dosages on off days but ideally would love to use caffeinated on lifting days and something non caffeinated on off days, just to keep muscles filled with Arg and or Creatine..

Depends on what you are using I guess, I prefer, for preworkouts anyways, products that only have to be dosed on workout days. To me there is no need to take a full serving of something just to get the arginine and creatine from it, you don't need all the other junk usually. Thats why I've been quite happy with glycocarn, I notice no difference in performance if I workout multiple days in a row or every other day. But to answer your question if you get bulk creatine and arginine you will probably be good to just take those on the off days to keep your levels up.
