Best areas to rub in CEL topical formestane!?

Just got a bottle of CEL formestane to try out and was wondering where you guys applied it on your body? Which areas will hold the maximum absorption. I applied on my chest and arm pits today.

I used to do my feet but it caused me to break out in a rash so i switched to my quads and was fine

The inside of your thighs or the insides of your arms. Top of the feet too. I rub it on my arms and any left overs I apply to my feet
