So I got a lot of time on my hands

circuit training for cardio in the evening and lifting in the morning eat anything and everythnig and sleep like a bear hybernating
 
For the next 30 days I am on house arrest (did something quite stupid actually) anyways I got nothing better to do but workout.

I have been reading a lot and from what I am hearing,
While you're at it, take a look at you choices and consequences so you don't do something stupid again and end up in a house arrest situation in someone else's house next time.
