I really wanted to log the total LG Line after this log but it looks like I will not be able to do so, what I thought was a full time gig I had lined up this summer has turned to part time. Like 10hr/week at best part time so it looks like supps are going to be out of the picture for a while.
With this i see a positive though. I am going to run my cutting log without using ANY SUPPLEMENTS. To show people its possible to do so. Ok maybe some supplements, I'll be using creatine, glutamine, vit c & d. Hardly what some people are doing to cut.
I will be incredibley successful in doing so as well, my old trainer and close and personal friend has written me up a diet plan to start with. It's a pre-contest type diet and training (he added the supps mentioned above). I had great success with him before. At 19 i was prepairing for a show with him and he had me, 4 weeks out, at 171lbs and folded at 5.2%BF. Unfortunetly he suffered a stroke in the weeks leading up to the show and was in a coma for some time....needless to say i did not go through with it. I will try and find some pics and scan them to the computer to compare with.
