Woke up today and weighed in at 216.6

100mcg clen (50 am, 50pm), 50 mcg T3, and eviserate applied twice (pre am cardio and pre pm workout)

AM Cardio - 30 mins elliptical

Squats - 135x20, 155x18, 175x16, 195x14
Front Squats - 135x15, 155x15, 135x12, x12

Box Jumps - 1 set at 24in, 1 set at 26in, 1 set at 28in, and 1 set at 30in

One Legged Extensions - 45x16, x15, x14, x13 (no breaks)

Seated Calf Raise - 2 plates x15 for four sets
Rotary Calf - 250x20 for 3 sets

PM Cardio - 10 min bike

Felt good today and to be honest my strain felt a lot better today than it did yesterday. Going to keep it heated all night and see how i'm feeling tomorrow.

Thanks guys. I talked to my old man tonight......he told me at 2 or 3 months old I had a double hernia surgery. The odds of a previous hernia opening up are very minimal. Anyways like I said before the doc had me turn me head and cough and he did not feel a hernia....only thing i can do at this point is keep an eye on this issue. If it doesn't go away i will eventually go see the specialist.

You noticing the T3 yet? I have still thought about adding it, but have been too chicken sh1t.

I would say just add at. At EOD i feel like it's not hitting me that hard. I haven't noticed much but people have been saying i look like i'm losing weight. I have noticed that my waistline is thinner...i fit into my work pants a lot more comfortably :-)

I hope as I up the clen dosage the synergy will be more prevalent between the two.
 
Woke up today and weighed in at 215! Lightest i've weighed so far. This morning I decided to sleep in and skip cardio. I woke up at 6 (alarm set for 6:30), and before even moving I could just feel how sore my legs were. I knew any cardio would just be counter-productive...so I went back to sleep for about an hour and a half. Felt great.

My legs are smoked today.

Yesterday was an off day, and a cardio day. Just woke up and did 30 mins AM cardio...and took a 20min walk with my wellness group at work. I cheated on my diet last night....I cooked Zuppa alla Pavese and Pollo Ripieno (I had a chick over). She also brought some shortcake, fruit, and ice cream for dessert. In short, I was sure to pop gbol and AP every so often.

I also skipped out on cardio again this morning...only because I stepped on the scale at 5 and saw 214 on that ****. I was like sweet I don't need to do any cardio. Woke up at 730 and weighed in again and saw 217. WTF. HATE scales. Either that or I was just delirious and out of it at 5am.

Anyways i'll make up for the lack of cardio after my lift tonight. Tonight is chest, and it's volume, so i'll blow right through it. I'll probably throw down at least 30min on the stair stepper depending on time constraints. I have to work my 2nd job tonight from 10pm-2am so i like to relax before hand....plus i'll be standing on my feet all night so i look forward to the opportunity to burn some more cals, slam water all night, and talk to chicks. I'll post up my workout after tonight's session.
 
I've also been thinking about upping my T3 dosage to 60mcg. Will probably start this tomorrow.

Also, I bought a 180ct bottle of 6-OXO off of ebay for ****s and giggles. Will probably use it in pct for a future cycle.
 
Man tonight was an intense workout. Did something a little different. Instead of pyramiding the weight up, I decided to pyramid the weight in reverse.

I have calipers here at the house....might see if they have something at my gym. Probably wait towards the end of the cycle seeing as i'm not even two weeks in. I did, however, feel like i'm starting to see some fat reduction in my mid section. Wheels are looking better and bigger IMO. Probably from all the stairstepping i've been doing.

She says I make her feel guilty about not going to the gym....not because I give her **** about it....but because I set a good example of how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

She wants to tone up and bring up her arms and legs/butt. So, i'm going to throw her into the squat rack tonight and take her through my leg workout. She just joined a gym elsewhere...so i'm going to show her how to lift her legs properly for the results she wants.

I took it easy on the AM cardio this morning so i don't look like a pu$$y tonight doing legs....gonna squat big...gotta show the girl what's up haha

Yesterday's clen dosage was at 160mcg...split into two doses. I upped T3 to 60mcg in the AM. Eviscerate twice per day at about 3 pumps each.

Today's SD still 10mg Mdrol AM, 10mg SD-LV preWO. Anyone think I should bump it up to 30 or just leave this dosing as-is?

Hopefully! haha actually i probably won't go for any PRs. My strain has acted up due to some hip-thrusting on sunday :) Gonna lift as heavy as I can without making it worse.
 
Worked out with the girl tonight as planned...put her in the squat rack and she just couldn't get the form right. Moved her over to the smith machine and she had it no problem.

I honestly didn't shoot for any PRs or worry much about how much weight I was pushing. I was trying to make sure she was pushing herself and doing things properly.

Here's what I recall....

Smith Machine Squats - 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x3
Leg Extensions - 200x5, 260x5, 285x5, x5
Leg Press - 5pps x5, 6pps x5, x5, 7pps x5, 8pps x3

Standing Calf - 260x5, 280x5, 300x5, 300x5 (last rep on each set held till failure)
Rotary Calf - 405x5, x5, x5, x5 (all nice and slow, last rep held)

Overall it was a good session and I was happy with the effort she put into the workout. She was complaining about being sore before we even left the gym :)

I think i'm going to suck it up and wake up a few minutes early tomorrow....tomorrow is an off day so i'm going to do some extra AM cardio. I also received a free sample of Alpha-T2 from PES which I am very greatful for. I will be adding this tomorrow to my clen/t3/eviscerate combo preAM cardio and will let you know how that stuff makes me feel. Will also report in with a weigh in tomorrow morning as well.
 
Had my girl doing squats about a month ago. Her form was pretty good, but she was lifting just the 45lb bar.

Yeah that's what I had her doing as well. One of the regulars that I talk to at the gym actually gave me the pointer to go over to the smith machine. He said his girl was having the same problems mine was....he was like yeah dude been there done that.

Woke up today at 213. Funny I mentioned that I was going to wake up early. I did, but made it up to do cardio at the exact same time that I normally would. FAIL

Just ended up doing 30 mins on the incline treadmill.

I will give a review of what I think of the Alpha-T2 that I added today, tomorrow.
 
Tomorrow ill be upping my dosage of SD - 20mg Mdrol, 10mg SD-LV

Clen dosages are currently at 180mcg broken up into two dosings. I'm going to hold here for a few days before bumping up to 200mcg.

T3 dosage is at 60mcg

BP is up slightly...haven't been experience too many headaches although they do happen and are usually pretty brief. Def have the clen shakes and a bit of anxiety but it is manageable. Haven't noticed much in the size dept which is why i'm upping the SD.

So yesterday I had the opportunity to try out PES's Alpha-T2. I was a little skeptical at first, but overall I feel it to be a solid product. The two major things that I noticed was a decreased appetite (due to the synephrine, i skipped my last meal of the day and just wasn't hungry at all) and an increase in body temperature (due to the T2..which staked with the T3 i'm taking...). It's something I would definitely recommend picking up as I feel it would help with thermogenesis and get you through any hunger spells you experience.

Wake up mother****ers! It's friday!

Last night's session was fantastic. I def noticed a difference on 30mg SD. I'm not even sore today! I actually went a little too hard and re-aggrivated my lower ab strain.

I'm thinking as I finish out this week of heavy lifting..next week is supersets. Now, typically after a superset week i'd flip back to heavy...but i think i'm going to flip over to light just so i don't over do it and re-strain my abs again.

Here's how last night went....

In between the close grip and reverse curls, I tossed a medicine ball back and forth with a friend in my gym. He was standing one legged on a bosu, and would catch the ball with one hand and toss it back. After a few sets of that we just hauled off on each with the medicine ball just whipping it back and forth. Needless to say he was surprised that i had the strength and power...he know i want to cut up so he wants me to start working out with him (he's ripped and lean as $hit).

This girl below is also a Raven's cheerleader...however I met her when she was a waitress at the bar I bounce at.

Overall i've been feeling pretty well......I think I'm going to bump up the clen dosage to 220 mcg tomorrow.

Formestane starts daily on the 29th. Will run at 100 for the first three weeks and then 50 for the forth week and will taper off.

I've even been toying with the idea of bumping the SD up to 40mg...we'll see how 30 mg EOD treats me for the next few weeks.

Been using Glycobol and AP on the weekends...stuff is a godsend while on a cut. I ate like garbage all day sat and sunday...no rebound. Woke up at 214.5 today.
 
Yesterday was an off day and the day before that was tri's hamstrings...not gonna throw the workout up as i'm just not feeling like it right now.

I'm going to change up my training a bit due to the ab strain. It's gotten better, but still flares up from time to time. Essentially, I need to take a few weeks off from lifting to let this heal up....which i think I will do after PCT.

For now, I think i'm going to switch my training up to more volume and superset work. So now i'm thinking i'll do only one week of power in a rotation instead of two. So starting with legs today will begin a rotation of supersets, then a rotation of volume, then a rotation of supersets, and then a rotation of heavy. I think this will help me keep the intensity up without having to worry about straining my ab and making it worse....it seems like I only make it worse on the heavier days.

Going to increase my SD dose to 40mg today. If sides get too tough i'll back it down to 30. So far, I've been feel great....no acne, no pumps, no hairloss, no shrinkage, etc. Potentially a little lethargy....but i'm going to start popping DHEA to combat that.

I am not telling you to not do this, I would just say be extra cautious above 30mg. I would monitor things such as BP as often as you can. Good luck man :fing02:

Thanks man. I understand your concern...I am somewhat leary of it as well...but since it's an EOD dosing i'm not too worried about it. That...and part of me thinks that the mdrol might be bunk...who knows. Haven't seen much or any muscle gain...I understand that i'm on reduced cals and EOD dosing, but as fast-acting as SD is I still would have expected to see some difference in size and don't really notice much.

So, i'll be doing 20mg mdrol and 20mg SD-LV EOD. We'll see how that goes.

Also, another reason i'm switching up my training is so I can get ready for this competition...check it out.

Okay so i've changed my mind. I sought advise from UnrealMachine and he thought 30mg would be more than plenty. I think what i'm going to do is back my mdrol down to 10mg and up the SD-LV to 20 mg and see if I notice a difference.

So i'll try that...and raise my T3 dosage up to 75 mcg.

well here's what today has/will looked like....

meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, whey, natty
meal 2: 1 can turkey breast, green beans
meal 3: 1 turkey burger, raw broccoli
meal 4: 1 turkey burger, raw asparagus
meal 5: ??
meal 6: ??

not sure of 5 and 6....it's an off day for me today. If I go out to eat with my roommate I will probably just end my meals for the day with 5. If not...i'll probably do 1 serving whole wheat pasta and meal 6 will probably be 1 cup egg beaters

on the weekends i just eat whatever....don't really do anything consistent because I don't know where i'm gonna be or how my schedule is gonna be. That being said i used a lot of glycobol and AP on the weekends as well. It's a nice break for my metabolism and helps me psychologically.

That being said I might start cleaning it up on the weekends as well. Just do one cheat on sat and sun instead of an all day cheat.
 
I just feel that its almost mandatory that you know how many calories ur putting into ur body so u can adjust if the results arent there. Nutrition Is HUGEE and sometimes tossed to the side for more supplements and harder workouts. You don't eat right ur results will suffer. Im a crackhead because i weigh all my food to the nearest gram, No games for me.

Just my 2 cents. Why not take the extra time to plan a lil better and get better results?

Nutrition Is HUGEE and sometimes tossed to the side for more supplements and harder workouts. You don't eat right ur results will suffer. Well to me it's not rocket science. If I'm not losing weight or stalling out....eat less and/or workout more.

I mean i could break down EXACTLY cal for cal what I get on a typical day if you'd like. I know what it's at. I up my cals on the weekend to keep my metabolism from stalling out.

I do admit though you are right....even though I'm following a fairly strict diet i should be a little more rigid on the weekends.

I weighed in today at 213. Not too bad considering that I cheat on the weekends...Glycobol and AP are lifesavers. I want to get under 210 by the time PCT starts....so starting today i'm cutting out about 10-12g fat for about a 100 cal reduction.
 
Solid lift today....couldn't superset as it's hard enough to do tris/hams and adding a packed gym it just wasn't going to happen...so I just alternated between exercises

Overall feeling pretty good. No noticeable sides besides an occasional random muscle tightening...(happened in my throat, underneath my chin, back of my neck) it's always in a different spot but is never constant.

Had a someone compliment me on my box jumps from last week....he thought it was crazy tall...I guess maybe 34in is you guys tell me :)

My Ghenerate came in today and dosed it pre-workout and will dose again before bed and will dose for the rest of the cycle and through PCT.

Start formestane on sat, which also marks two weeks until the end of the cycle and PCT begins.

Will update weight on friday.

Today is an off day....not doing any cardio at all. I woke up feeling like i'm coming down with something...so I started to hit the vitamin c pretty hard...taking 1g every 3-4 hours until whatever this is is gone. I use emergenc it's pretty good.

With that being said, I woke up today at 210.5 :)
 
Sorry to bring my personal life into the forum but I gotta do a little venting. A girl I had been dating for about two months called it quits on me today. ****!n sucks. She said she finds me attractive and has feelings for me, but has been back and forth with what to do with where we were at. She thinks that if something was going to develop there would be more chemistry and she would want to see me all the time. She felt like we hit a wall and weren't progressing since she didn't have stronger feelings for me.

Needless to say I'm not in the greatest mood about it...i really liked this chick. And being on cycle doesn't make this any easier.

And of course she wants to "remain friends". I told her she's going to have to let me go for awhile, she can't have her cake and eat it too, and my wall is going right back up. So for the time being i'm probably just going to avoid talking to her as much as possible.

So kiddies the lesson for today is.......

Don't date girls when you're on cycle!

being in a relationship when you're on cycle is another thing....i plan on telling any chick that I enter into a relationship that I enjoy using PH/AAS. Definitely something I would disclose...and if it was a deal break then so be it. Just the uncertainty that comes with dating a girl whilst on cycle is not good for you emotions...especially since you're hormones are ****in whacked to begin with. ***END RANT***

Other than that, still feeling a little under the weather and hitting the Vitamin C hard (took about 15g yesterday, doing the same again today). Woke up at 210.5 again. Start formestane tomorrow. Clen is still at 240mcg and will be bumping the T3 up to 100mcg. Dropping the 6th meal today instead of waiting till Monday.

And I gotta say the Ghenerate is going well.....it's been giving me the craziest dreams.
 
keep your head up bro.. finish off this cycle like a beast.. no distractions.. youll be happy you did.. how old r u bro? u dont need to be worrying like that about women.. good luck man.. and lift hard!!
