I have been told that I need var, possibly with test. My question is what mg/day and for how long. The goal is to gain no weight and to increase strength. I already have relatively low bodyfat (10.4% at last check) so there is not a whole lot to lose there.
Why even encourage this guy to take gear when all he needs is a push of education in the right way don't bother with gear if that's all you are after try the abovr programme and you will thank me when the results come In I did this before I even thought about getting on the gear and within 6 weeks strength was through the roof !
I agree that tren is great for cutting and strength, but do remember that tren is also very anabolic. It is far from low on the anabolic scale. Unless you are in a high calorie deficit, you will still gain quite a bit of size.
