Thanks for the reply and the support on the intra-workout-focused dosage timing; I will try it with a nominal amount of carbohydrates from Karbo-lyn in Anabolic Raptor or WMS in Mass Xxplosion, and compare it to carb-devoid workouts as well.
As far as not being gluttonous, that's a given. I use a scale year-round, I have never come across any other competitor who self inflicts these and other methods of ongoing calculation and calorie caution; I won't even chew gum or order anything aside from water at restaurants out of fear of incidental sugar alcohol carbohydrates or a waitress accidentally giving me regular soda. Out of my 49 meals a week, I will however plan and enjoy a single meal which is also structured around a workout in order to further ensure every macro nutrient is put to proper use.
Thanks again for your help and agreement in my proposed non-traditional GDA usage. If I have Glycobol, Slin Sane, and stand alone r-ALA what would you recommend for being used regarding breakfast, pre-workout, 15min prior to training, post workout, and post-post workout?
