took one last night at about 8 had nice clean energy until around 2, took one more at 2 had was good until i went to bed around 6 am.
i just took one along with smash fl i will let you know how it goes. when i get back from the gym.

i just got done doing legs and shoulders.Holy crap adrena-g plus smash fl is amazing. I had more energy than ever, and i was only on 4 hrs of sleep. Heart was beating a little hard durring cardio though, but never got over 188
