Nothing they are exactly the same and at the same dosage. The only difference is the label and maybe the cap color.

thanks, I was shopping around online and saw both on the same site and read the ingredients. Thought it could have been a typo or something lol

Nope it is the same we changed it because we knew it was a great stand alone test booster but people had a problem running a test booster called PCS so the name was changed.
