So Iv decided to use CEL p-mag as my first ph cycle. (I’m 21 will be 22 when I start, 160lbs 6% trying to lean bulk.) Below I listed my cycle and two possibilities for pct. It seems from most the boards that 75mg for 5-6 weeks is the sweet spot for p-mag, but I was wondering if I should just stick to the standard 50mg for 4weeks being that its my first cycle or possibly 50/50/75/75. Any help on better/best pct, possible change in supports, or a different dosing recommendation would be a huge help!!

Protein
Taurine when needed
