Question. Is this diet for a clean bulk? Or is this a diet for a all out idc how fat i get as long as i get bigger diet? It looks clean to me, but im relatively new and am not good with the nutrition portion yet.

it does sound fairly clean but it depends on your metabloism. i have a slow metabolism so i never had a problem with not being able to bulk. i would add some sugar around your training hour like a banana before and after.

diet sounds solid but i wouldnt be able to gain a pound with a 3000 cal a day diet. i eat 5000-6000 when i cut 3000 would leave me frail. If i were you i might throw in a few whey and oat shakes in there with some Mac oil to up the cals. but if you gain on 3000 then this is straight up solid for you then
