whats up guys i just signed up after reading a couple og threads here. i wanted to get some info ive been reading alot but i feel like theres too much info out there and its all jibberish to me so i wanted to ask here and get a direct answer from you guys. well im 21 5'8 150lbs and i want to get info on gear. i am thinking of running a cycle of liguid dbol and at first i was going to run this by itself but im reading thats not a good idea? what would you guys recomend a good first cycle for someone who has never cycled befor? what should i stack i prefer to do all orals because needles just freak me out any help would be greatly appreciated i dont want to go into this thing blind or "thinking" i know what im doing
 
Probly h-drol or epi. With proper pct. H-drol is mildest, then prolly epi. Search that.
( well hdrol not the mildest, lgs trifecta seems to be mild)
 
i should run hdrol alone? and is nolvadex good enough for a pct... i want to gain around 30lbs i know i wont get that in one cycle but thats my overall goal thanks for the reply

dude you have alot more of a natural frame to fill out. Have you ever done bodybuilding before?
 
I believe it's a bad decision to use when you're still small because you will then be addicted to this **** forever. Well, most people will. I don't mean physically addicted, I mean psychologically.

You will see huge gains in strength and size. You'll be eating like a monster, lifting like a monster, and soon looking like a monster. Then you'll stop. Your PCT might be perfect or it will be half-assed or maybe non-existant.

Your gains will halt, and some will be lost. Strength may dip down as well. All you've ever known is immediate gains. But where are they now? You may stop lifting and eating right (if you were in the first place) and you'll be back to where you started a few weeks or months earlier, only you're more discouraged and perhaps have screwed up your hormones.

It's your choice, just do the research.
 
Yeah I agree with the other posts. Eat more train more sleep more. I figured becaude most of the newb questions get like 15 responses before his actual question gets answered. only reason i suggested what I did.
 
thanks for the replies guys i figured most of you would answer the way you did. ive been lifting on and off for like 4 years and im in no way trying to sound like im not a newb still because im always tryin to learn new things and i no most of you guys say 150 is still too small but i cant gain weight for the life of me i left highschool at 125 over the last 3 or so years i only managed to put on 25 pounds and my body fat is like non existant im just a hard gainer ive tried weight gainer and protein and creatin wich help a little but literally 2 weeks after not taking that i lose any gains thats why i was looking to get some info on steroids. im still on the fence about the whole thing a couple of friends of mine have gone on it and have seen results but i dont feel like they know as much as they should about what there taking thats why im here for info thanks again

if u cant keep natural gains from PROTEIN and mass gainers, then dont expect steroids to do u any good.

stick with whole foods and eat eat eat
 
Id say up your calorie intake....ALOT!!!! whats your daily food intake look like...its funny that I keep on giving advice to people that cant gain weight when im complete opposite. Somebody walks in a room with a big mac and I get bloated.lol
 
an example of my diet would be bowl of oatmeal or cereal at 8am then protein shake and a fruit at around 10 then at one some sort of fastfood (i do landscaping i have to find something to eat quick) then i get home around 6 and eat rice beans chicken(w/e my mom makes which is always amazing) then around 9 i usually try to snack on w/e i can find and im in bed around 1030 most days... i could prob throw in another meal in there but idk where im always on the move with work. could anyone recomend something a little less extreme then steroids maybe something over the counter to put on mass i was on methyl 1d and nothing major also tried mass fx but stopped after 2 weeks
 
I think You should just cary like a tub of protein or meal replacement if your eating like you say. Have like a jug of water, your tub of MR and there you go. any time you need a quick fix. BAM. Shake it is. I really prefer whole food over shakes but, like you said your in landscaping, on your feet all day and get a break , when you get a break. You can always put a shake together in like a minute. You know what im saying. Maybe like 1 or 2 more day for like 14 days to a month. see where you are at that point.
 
My brother in law hooked me on the juice but he lied and ripped me off. So now I've been researching like mad for months and am comited to doing a cycle. I'm 6 foot 175 lbs. I work in the gas field so I get decent toning workouts alot.
So this is going to be my somewhat beginner stack. Oh and by the way I would stay away from strait orals. I'm going to do anadrol and winstrol.
Anadrol oral - 50 mg 1st week then 100mg for the next 5 weeks. Everyday
winstrol injectable- 50mg Ed. 6 weeks
Testosterone injection 10 weeks
clomid - weeks 6-8
milk thistle Ed for the liver
1.5 times body weight in grams of protein Ed

So please criticize my ideas or tell me what you think. It would be appreciated
 
Haha. Sorry I didn't mean to come off that way man. I'm just new to the site too so I was hoping if I jumped in with you looking for advice we could both get helped out. Some of the sites are rough. And I've read that an anadrol winny stack is a good bulking and cutting stack. The even harder thing is finding a good site. So far I'm out 380 bucks
 
haha its all good i was just kidding and yea i hear u about other sites atleast here people dont seem like complete ****s lol and wouldnt you want to bulk as much as you could befor cutting? i mean bulking and cuttin in the same cycle doesnt that defeat the purpose?
 
Well the anadrol will give you great bulk And the winny will make your muscles hard. Plus winny helps outway the water retention that goes with anadrol. And the test should help to not lose muscle after the cycle is over. The nice thing with injecting is the site growth and I think it's more effective than orals
 
the best supplement you can take is food bro. you gotta develop body building habits, and develop the lifestyle or your gonna loose 100 percent of your gains u make on cycle.

Haha thanks nos. Your the kinda guy I like to hear from. Would you say my cycle sounds pretty legit to go ahead on. I'm just going to do dome small dollar tests on a couple sites to see if they are real

i was totally being sarcastic in my last post. since its ur first cycle u are going WAY overboard....but to each their own...i hope sides arent bad...

and clomid is for PCT (POST cycle therapy)...NOT on cycle
 
I've done two runs of tren before. Small dosage and lost all gains. I played it safe so I wanted real results this time. But yeah man thanks for being so much help. You coulda just been a cool dude and told me what you think could be cut down on, left out, or changed. I did my research and was just trying to get some advise from dudes i have respect for

anadrol and winstrol are both methylated steroids, anadrol being one of the most harsh in existence.....but if ur dead set on running this cycle then i would do:

Test E 500mg/week 1-10
Anadrol 50mg ed week 1, 100mg ed weeks 2-4
Winstrol 50 ed 8-12

Clomid 50mg ed 13-16

You're just going wayyyy overboard for your first "real" cycle... If you want to run something, then fine run something; but stick with something like H-Drol or EPI for your first, get your pre and post cycle stuff straight and give it a go...

More is not always better :)

Eat like mad, 1.5-2g protein per lb bdy wt.... You'll see gains
 
Thanks man. J greatly appreciate that. Is it ok to do the test like 250 twice a week or just inject 500 at once. And is it less harsh to take the winstrol after the anadrol vs at the same time? It's not so much that I'm set in those two I've just been reading on stacking and everyone says those are a good stack. I can tell you know your stuff man

id pin 250mg 2x per week to have more stable blood levels. taking the anadrol and winstrol will be heavily taxing on ur liver if u take them at the same time. my cycle layout allows a few weeks for ur liver to "heal" some before introducing another methyl.

alright ive been thinking about this and although im still a newb and tryin to learn about all this stuff ive decided to run a cycle begining of june i came into some liquid dbol ive been researching peoples stacks and was just curious if dermacrin would be good to run with it i will be getting nolva for my pct and ill be taking the gnc megaman multi what do you guys think go easy on the bashing im here to learn befor i jump into this stuff thanks

Really, how long are people going to keep using this line as an excuse to jump on the gear? If your 21 yrs old and 150lb, you've got heaps of work to do before you start f**king with this stuff.

No way near enough food..... double it at least, ditch the fast food (pretty sure you've got time to make your own lunch if your mums cooking your dinner), and buy an esky (food chiller) to carry it all around with you.
 
if you fail on creatine you will fail on steroids... you just gotta get the lifestyle and the diet down into routine for a long time... then youl see gains that stick.. then you worry about juice
