First Cycle advise

Hi. I'm 187lb 5'10'' 32w 30yo 12%BF. I have been training over 6 years and I think is the right time to start with gear. I want to bulk as much as I can
This is the cycle I would like to do:
W 1-10 Test Enth 500mg/week
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD
Post cycle
W 13 Nolvadex 20mg 2x/d
W 14-16 Nolvadex 20mg


and for the diet:
meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1 chicken breast, 2 cups of oatmeal...
meal 2: 2 chicken breasts, 2 cups brown rice, 2 cups brocolli...
meal 3: 12 ounces fresh fish, large salad, one potato...
meal 4: 12 ounces ground beef, 1 yam, 2 cups green beans...
meal pwo: protein shake (30 min be4 wo)
meal 5: ground turkey, pasta & vegetable
meal 6: be4 bed 1 cup of cottage cheese
any help is really appreciated

I am going to run this identical cycle when I get my gear. No one thinks the dose of Adex is too low? Lowest I have seen was .5 eod.

Also are you going to quit the adex at the end of week 12 cold? Or would tapering it or running it straight to pct be better?

You can also add more of an AI if the sides permit you to do so. Estrogen is very important and you don't want to lower it too much.
