A little help please.

Just got my two bttles of epistane.Its by IBE.Just need a little help on the serving.I heard each pill is 10mgs and take 30/30/30/40/40 for a cycle.But on the back each pill is 20mgs.Any advice.PLEASE:tongue2:

you are right about the ibe epistane mgs. it is 10 mgs per capsule. where does it say 20?

Does it say the serving size is 1 pill or 2?

Epistane by ibe is made in 10mg pills, so i dont know why it would say 20 mg on the back. unless, like juice3320 said, it might be a bigger dosage...maybe the dosage on the bottle says 20, but that is equal to 2 capsules.

many different opinions on this, but i did a cycle of epistane and tried both, with food and without, and i didnt notice any difference. i think most people take them on an empty stomach.
