just got some superpump 250 as a pre workout drink, have read some good things about it. as well as some fish oil capsuls and cyto gainer for my post work out protein source. was wondering if anything would be beneficial to add? anybody have good results from a certain product for during workouts? going to have a great diet to get the best cut look possible...
opinions and advise appreciated....
 
I use a workout that burns 900 to 1000 calories.
Mon-Cycle 12 miles at HR 150-170 then weights for 30 minutes.
Tuesday- Jog 3 miles at HR 160-170 then weights for 30 minutes
Wed- Cycle 12 miles then weights
Thurs- Rest
Fri-Rest
Sat- Jog 2 miles then weights 30 minutes
Sun- Cycle 12 or Jog 3
 
if ur gonna cut i would suggest BCAA to preserve muscle, they also help maintain strength on a calorie deficit imo
 
Are there any BCAA's that help
build muscle mass as opposed to help in recovery? Or are the purpose exactly to build muscle by aiding in recovey?
What are the or is the best BCAA in your opinion?
 
all anyone needs is some protein, BCAA's, and maybe some creatine. its cheap and super effective. just make sure the diet and training is good.
 
250 superpump it's great. need some protain
 
stick with your super pump and cyto gainer for now. it's be best if you replaced a weight gainer with whole foods, but I've used cyto gainer before when I was short on time. you're gettin creatine from superpump. no need to get crazy with supps yet
 
Like you said if your going to be running a good diet then keep your focus on that and be consistent. The only thing i would add in as others have suggested is a bcaa product for that recovery and keeping your muscles anabolic. Dont forget about cardio ! I like to split mine up and do fasted cardio in the morning then once again after training.
 
Sup creatine/ glutamine. Take your vitamins and eat your protein more than drinking it. Get those gains! Eat clean train dirty! Not saying do poor form but be hardcore! Good luck brother!

BINGO! BCAA are your best bet to add into the mix. SuperPump has some BCAA in it I believe, but I'd sip about 10-15 grams during training and maybe even take 5-10 grams between meals 2-3 times per day. The benefits are endless. I'm currently using Chain'd Out by ALR, but will soon be switching to mToragen when it is released by Broser Built. I believe Luke has been able to beta test mToragen and from what he's told me, it tastes amazing.

Yes ! i'am actually using mToragen right now and it is delicious ! No foam, mixes beautifully ha!
 
dWhen am I getting my mToragen? I got a package yesterday and about wet myself in excitement thinking it was mToragen and it wasn't. What a disappointment!

Get your basics down. My supp protocol right now is this (I train 1st thing in the morning):

1 scoop Prodigy by PNI
2 scoops Humapro + 1 scoop Chain'd Reaction (carb powder)
Train w/ 12-15 grams of BCAA sipped throughout (Chain'd out now, changing to mToragen when I get it!!!)
1 scoop Karbolyn + 1.5 scoops Humapro Post workout

Throughout the day i'll have 1 to 1.5 sv of BCAA (7 ghrams) between meals 2-3 times. When dieting I increase it to 5 times.

As a lifetime drug free pro bodybuilder I must say I have found large amounts of BCAA's taken daily to be incredibly helpful toward building/maintaining muscle. 5-10 grams as soon as I wake up and 5-10 grams while training is standard for me year around.
 
There's some pretty interesting stuff on Desiccated Liver out there. I know I've always felt stronger, better endurance, better recovery when taken them faithfully and in good dosages.
 
Diesel Test Hardcore Limited Edition, Diesel Test Pro-Cycle, and JPXHardcore are good supplemts for preworkout and testosterone. Nolvadren XT, and PR-ST by Man Sports are good for Test, and keeping musle while leaning out.
