Epi/Tren bridge cycle

In mid April 2010, I am going to begin an Epi/Tren bridge cycle. I havent done a log before so thought I'd begin one now for this cycle.

Im 29, 230lbs, 6'5''. Been lifting on and off for several years. Last 3 years have been consistent 4 day a week. Did a Bold cycle for first full cycle. Did an Epi pulse cycle ending in November 2009. Body feels ready for another run now. All bloodwork looks good. Test at 520. Diet is pretty clean. Drink too much beer (body fat % shows it) so im cleaning that up for the next 3 weeks before I begin.

I stocked up on PH's pre-ban so now I have a fair bit of X-Tren, P-Plex, Epi and M-drol. So I am building up from Bold to M-drol slowly. Probably wont hit the M-drol at this rate for a couple of years. I get shut down easy so slow and steady is the way to go for me. That is also why I am bridging this cycle and not jumping straight into a full stack.

So Cycle plan:
Tren: 90/90/90/90/0/0
Epi: 0/0/30/30/30/30 (I might step up to 40 at the end but ill see how im feeling)
PCT Assist: Beginning 2 weeks before and running all the way through
Other usual sups: Protein, ZMA, L-Glut

PCT Plan:
Clomid: 150/100/50/50/0/0/0/0
PCT Assist: 6/6/6/6/0/0/0/0
PPs TRS stack: 0/0/0/0/1/1/1/1

I have a cort blocker and AI on hand but I dont think ill use them in PCT. Too many pills I feel.

Very happy to hear any comment/suggestioons on the plan.

I'm looking at running essentially that same cycle. Not sure if you've run Tren before, but watch out for the lethargy, hit me like a mack truck. Also, if you're even remotely prone to gyno effects (like me) keep an eye on the nips, and run some p-5-p and vitex along with your cycle. Also, you may want to look into cycle assist or cycle support in place of the PCT assist during your cycle. Due to the Epi methylation, you might want some liver support stuff as well. How did you feel on your last epi cycle? I haven't run Epi yet so if anyone else has tips on epi, I'd love to hear them.
 
Thanks for the tips. Yeah I meant Perfect Cycle, not PCT Assist. It has the milk thissle so that should cover the liver.
No I havent run Tren before, just Epi. I really liked Epi. It made me feel really good all the time. Very significant strength gains and it was pretty easy to keep most of it. I put on 10 lbs in 6 weeks.
No gyno issues for me on Epi. Amd the shut down was pretty mild.

Well, Tren is a whole nother ball game. That being said if you see anything weird pop up on cycle you can almost bet its from the designer tren.
 
If you have enough tren, you ahould run it for 6 weeks. Your gonna see much more gains out of it. Tren doesnt even start working until weeks 3-4 so why quit when the gains just start...6 weeka is the sweet spot with tren. Anything over 6 weeks your riskin bad sides. Like the one guy said run p5p with vitex through cycle for anti-prolactin support or get cabergoline, and start epi week 3.

I would run it like this..
Tren 90/90/90/90/90-120/90-120
epi. 00/00/30/30/40/40
clomid 75/50/50/50

He's never ran designer tren before....therefore I cannot agree with your dosing schema. The OP should start at 90 and keep it at the dose until he feels comfortable raising it. For all you know....tren could kick in a lot faster for him than others. And he gets shutdown easily so 6 weeks of tren is probably not a good idea.

To the OP - Run your Tren at 90 until you feel comfortable raising that dosage. And since you've already pulsed epi in the past I would run it 40 the whole time.

I don't know if you necessarily need to bridge these two....you'll probably see great results if you ran them together. Do a search on Spawn...it's an epi/tren combo that got great reviews.

I would also recommend getting some CEL Cycle Assist and preloading that 1-2 weeks before your cycle, using while on cycle, and using it through PCT.

You'll also want to use your AI and cort blocker in PCT for this cycle. Start these in week 2 of PCT.

I just got two bottles of epstine in mail today starting sunday.Just curious if to take on empty stomach or not.Have some clomid and gonna get a test bosster to for pct.I heard take 10 the first day and then go up.I am running it for 5 weeks i heard go 30/30/30/40.Dose this sound about right?
 
Sounds right. Take 20 before workout and 10 later in the day. I always eat before I take them. Dont know whats best but I know I'll spew if i dont eat with my morning sups.
