That seems like some crazy cardio Tank. You're really killing it. My cardio has been "lazy". 25-30 minutes 3-4 times/week just walking on an incline.

Inormally work a 14 hr shift, but my payloader needed service, so I was let off work early.
 
Worked a double shift...came home slept for 8 hrs, then back for another 10 hrs. So not much going on till Saturday morning. Looking at doing some A.M. cardio old school....wood splitting/chopping/etc.

I really like the pumps I get from Prodigy as well as the intensity/focus. Its 630 now and I'm not crashing hard, just have that stable feeling.

I will be doing am cardio on the beach...Wind sprints walk wind sprints repeat..aiming for 40 to 50 minutes.

I had a hard time unwinding last night. Took my sv at 4:30 and at 9:30 I was still locked and loaded. Luckily I had some Comatose left!

Sold on PNI's products....Prodigy gives me the intense focus factor I desire from a pre work out.
D-Test and Paragon great stack...I take them 30-45 min prior to weights and then Prodigy 15 minutes prior.
ThermadeX mainly in the morning prior to cardio, and 1 cap with my mid day meal and then 1 more with my pre work out meal...protein shake and a smalll apple.
