Test E and Deca.

Hi I am starting my first cycle on Monday and need advice, I live in Greece and have been working out for 6yrs now also 44yrs old and weigh 220lb with about 24% body fat, anyway I know a friend that has a pharmacy and I bought Test E and Deca for 120.00 Euro, 15 amps of Test E and 15 amps of Deca, my question is how should I take this? Like start with 250mm of test and deca for 2 weeks then up it to 500mm and so on? also I will have nolvadex on hand should that be taken 2 weeks after my last shot? if so how much of it?
and last will taking this cycle be harmful to my health as I sometimes hear horror stories of people droping like flies from steroids,
