-monday/thursday-chest, shoulders, tris
Bench press- 3x5
Dumbell decline- 3x10
Dumbell flys-3x10
Military press- 3x5
Dumbell press 3x10
side/front lat raises- 3x10
Closegrip bnech- 3x5
Skull crushers- 3x5
Overhead tricep ext.- 3x10
-tuesday/friday-back, bis, forarms
Deadlift- 3x5
Bent over rows- 3x10
Bent over lat raises- 3x10
Barbell curls 4x5 doing close grip, hip grip, shoulder grip, and wide grip once
incline curls 4x10
21's
Reverse curls 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10
wrist flicks 3x15
-wed/sat Legs
Squats- 3x5
Seated leg ext- 3x15
Lying leg curls- 3x15
Calf raises- 3x10
-Sundays off

I work out at home so i dont have the machines or anything. I like working each muscle group 2x a week, i was just wondering if this looked to be a solid routine. Any imput would be helpfull.
 
yeah man your overdoing it. id hit each body part only once a week. and not try to do soooo much in one workout. for size its all about sort yet intense workouts
 
Agree with the above. Would work on cutting down your workout to 5 days a week and maybe each body part 3 times every 2 weeks.

Thats a good idea, thanks i will draw up a new workout like that tonight and post it to see what you guys think. Thanks for the help.
 
Im not sure really, im not into bodybuilding or powerlifting i just lift because i like to do it.

looks good man. sometimes its alot more fun just to lift because you like to lift. your routine looks great for that.

from a bodybuilding and powerlifting side it would have to be changed somewhat but it is perfect for you goals and i wish you the best at it. have fun man
