SERM or AI while on...

did some searches on this and saw some responses but none directly in regards to this distinction...

My thoughts were always that in regards to gains, SERMS like tamox, raloxifene or toremifense (ralox as a personal fav) was better while on as it allowed you to keep better size with some estrogen in the body as it only blocked the site, and obviously there are some anabolic benefits to having levels of estrogen in bulk phases.... Also, I was under the impression that AIs were a lot harder on lipids.

Now I am hearing that if one is getting sensitivity, SERMs will not do the trick and an AI is the best choice...my thoughts that aromasin would be the best as it is the most mild in terms of sides....

Curious to see personal thoughts/opinions on this one....thanks guys.

i would alternate SERM and AI on cycle.

After doing a tremendous amount of research i think that would be best,

aromasin and nolva 3x a week,

Or an AI with I3C,

Something that will control estrone levels because it has a longer halflife then estradiol, and can convert to estradiol Post cycle.

Good luck

can u elaborate on dosing?

I would leave the aromasin out unless you feel sides coming on because just like you said, Ai's can yeild gains while your on. But defenately have some handy incase. IMO

sensitivity is strong already, and a small lump is present on right side (almond size)...when I diet down it gets smaller, so some no doubt is probably fatty deposit/tissue...

As far as the I3C, does that really help?
