You can look at my profile pic if you want meathead. Its always been there. Stats? What stats? My weight lmao! You are fat on a bulk, not ripped! Get over it. My muscle size, density and strength is beyond yours period. I know you think your in the league of guys who are ripped and competing at your bodyweight, but when and if you ever cut up you will see what you actually look like, which is a guy 5'9 tall and probably around 205 if you are lucky. Unless that is you only cut up to how fat you were before. I personally don't like the fact that you are preaching your own brand of dinosaur Jesus gospel like it is fact.

I do agree with you on this one actually. It is fact. The biceps do get a hellva workout from doing them though.

nah man, i took eng 101, 102, 204, and 208. all i did was read read read man. dont know why they stop the spelling quizes. i think i should have paid more attention i high school, but thats the thing man, i know i cant spell but i own it.

and i know my 249 isnt solid, never said it was. 2 years ago i was 170 at 4% bodyfat then i decided to bulk. i got up to 190. i tried my ass of to get to 200 but couldnt. i cut down again this time only to 5% (loosing to much muscle). and was about 178. then i got tired of being stuck there so i bulked up to 200, (those pics) and then got opened up to the way of training i currently do, and got up to 249, not solid but a damn good amount bigger than my 178. im in no rush, i have a 3 year plan before i walk on stage. each time i bulk i get bigger and bigger. ive spent most of my life at 170 so being 249 feels really good for me. also, walking around (plus calve work) at this weight has done wonders for my legs. my calves went from 16 inches to 20. and theres no fat on my calves. im only 21, and im concentrating on getting school done before i dedicate all my time getting ready for a show. never said i was solid. just proud of how far ive come and one day i will be a solid 249 just not for a couple years. plus my strenght went up rediculously since my 200 days. ill be cutting up in may when im done my cycle. i cut up once a year to prevent the build up of too much intramuscular fat. maybe you understand where im coming from a little better now. if not, its all good i still have no beef with you man.

it is addicting, however i am ready to lean out but i unfortunatly have awhile left on this stak along with pct and want to take advantage of it. im about to order a havoc since it was discontinued and then want to lean out, chill, rest my joints and start havoc with a fresh palette after a few months.
 
ill throw in my 2 cents which is Pullups do work.. and i dont do wide grip pullups because they KILL my shoulders.. I do neutral grip pullups, rope pullups (for bicep) towel pullups (for grip).. and they all have helped so im sure pullups work Lat pulldowns hurt too so i have to find creative ways to use the cable crossover machine and get the seat for box squats and sit on it and do spereate handle pulldowns for my lats..

damn quit the bitching they both work some work better for others...

Yea I am big into hunting and mountain climbing/hiking period. I am always around grizz so I carry a big knife and have a loaded gun. 2 guys I know got mauled a few months back by a momma and her yearling. Not gonna happen to meh haha.
About the epistane/havoc you are going to take...I personally loved it when I took it..but it is hard on the joints at times. Like painful hard especially in the places you have had any joint injuries. I got hit by a car and dragged underneath on one knee about 15 years ago...and that knee....was a ****y bitch for the first 2 weeks. Squats were excruciating. Gotta just push through it though. I did and it faded. Eblows kicked in after that. After finishing and doing my light pct all the pain stopped though.Mega dosing Cissus and fish oil helped me out a lot as well.
