critique my workout

I wanted to get some opinions on my current workout routine. anything that should be changed, exercise switches, etc. any help would be appreciated

monday - chest
4 sets of flat bench press
3 sets of incline dumbbell press
3 sets of chest dips
3 sets of incline flys

tuesday - back
4 sets of deadlifts
3 sets of wide grip pull ups
3 sets of bent over rows
3 sets of seated rows

wednesday - arms
4 sets of ez bar curls
3 sets of hammer curls
3 sets of cable curls
4 sets of skullcrushers
3 sets of overhead extensions
3 sets of triceps pushdowns

thursday - shoulders and traps
4 sets of dumbbell shoulder press
3 sets of lateral raises
3 sets of front raises
3 sets of rear delt flys
4 sets of shrugs

friday - legs
4 sets of squats
3 sets of leg press
3 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of stiff-leg deadlifts
3 sets of leg curls
 
Just skimmed your post briefly....
2 things that scream out at me.
1.Never do bi's after back day.They are secondary on back day.You'll find you will not reach full potential on arm day if you continue.
2.Same principle applies w/delts&tri's.

I would do the following:

M- Chest/Bi's
Tues- legs
WED-OFF
Thur-delts&tri's
Fri-back&traps.
OR
M-CHEST/TRI'S
T-LEGS
W-OFF
THUR-BACK/BI'S
F-DELTS/TRAPS
