M-Drol to Epistane Bridge

I have always done just a one compound pulse for 4 weeks and i'm thinking about doing my first bridge. I have both M-Drol and Epistane. So is it better to do M-Drol Pulse and bridge to Epistane Pulse or vise versa???? And why????

Just making sure you have run mdrol solo first???

Okay if you have you know mdrol imparts very quick gains in strength and weight for most users. And this all occurs over a 3 wk period. Due to the short time period the body has no real time to adjust to these rapid increases as you jump into pct.

So a theory is bridge mdrol into another compound to help give the body time to adjust to the new gaines by extending the cycle.

So what would a mdrol -> epi look like?
Mdrol: 20/20/10
epi: 0/0/30/40/40/40

that would be a rough layout.

I have M-drol and Epi also, just wantin to follow this thread. I'm doin some research now, and not gonna cycle for awhile after I finish more research. I've got reversitol for PCT. What you gonna be using PCT wise?

Yes I have several "solo" cycles under my belt and am looking forward to trying a bridge. What you are saying seems to make good sense...thanks for your help.

Your pct is def not correct or good enough for recovery. You def need to research a little more. Pct isn't that hard, pretty basic.
