sex or starve and lose gains

Okay...this a question I been thinking about for the longest...let's say a single guyt like myself goes to a female house to spend the nite and well have sex...do you guys in the situation bring protein shakes eggs and water, etc with ...becuz iit seems weird to me I might chug a shake down b4 hand. I most of the time end up starving or end up eatting refined sugars, white flour and the likes...so I'm asking what do my fellow bodybuilders do.
 
If you get laid sooooo often that it'll mess up your bodybuilding, then yeah, while you're doing it, just chug a couple raw eggs. She won't mind!
 
I used to have a **** buddy and I would go over around 9pm. I would bring a back pack with clothes, toothbrush, protien in a mixer, and some quick snacks. If it's obvious you're into lifting and she enjoys your body, then she wont mind you trying to maintain or improve on that look.
 
Sex increases testosterone levels, and your not starving yourself just because you couldn't get that protein shake in...
 
Yeah dude, just bring snacks. If you are banging her on a regular basis, try hinting that you would like her to have healthy food in her fridge.
 
pills i love pills bcaa or liver tabs. a big glass of milk tell her you need milk. most poeple have it.
 
It really sucked for me cuz the girl I was with at that time a vegen. Tofu was like the only thing that had protien in her fridge lol
 
you won't starve and lose gains from not eating healthy every once and a while... unless you are hitting it every night. Eat before hand and bring a shake for after or whatever floats your boat. I would never let any hobby (i.e. bodybuilding, powerlifting) get in the way of some fur burger.

If I am going over for that once in a life time night with that once in a life time chick then I'm gone, damn a protein drink.
Doesn't yeast have some found portions of protein? lol
 
x2 on the milk I just drink a ton of that on the rare occasion I'm in this situation. If you ate sufficiently through the day, something like milk will tide you over no problem imo

If you end up leaving at night (as I will) to eat, and she wants you to stay she will keep you in mind the next time she goes shopping.
 
I usually bring hard boiled eggs, and maybe a caesin shake, but i've had girls that think its really weird. Alot of them think I take my diet too seriously. Bring food tho it isnt worth being catabolic all night. I feel guilty honestly.

theres no way you will go catabolic in 1 night... eat a big meal then hit it. You will be fine.
 
Missing out on some calories/protein for one night isn't going to make you lose anything significant. The human body isn't that fragile.
 
Haha, I remember this was an issue when I first started dating my girlfriend. She insisted that she'd provide food for me (which again was mainly chocolate, biscuits or cereal), but after I ate an entire box of branflakes with milk in front of her eyes she quickly decided I could bring my own food if I wanted ;)
 
haha, man im glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks about this sh!t

my girl is about 45 mins away, and her mom is a real health guru/mostly vegetarian so i know when i go there (usually for the day), im getting minimal calories/protein/decent carbs

i leave my tub of protein in the trunk of the car w/ my shaker, and buy a handful of meal-replacement bars for the road there, at her house, and back...the thing is i usually have to sneak out to my car for a shake b/c her mom is one of those people that believes that heavy lifting/high protein intake, creatine (all the vices of a meathead) etc. is terrible for your body and there's no way convincing her otherwise...difficult but it gets the job done

i have been in this situation

just bring shakes, cook steaks and pasta on her stove, yes im serious. in fact she bought me a big steak and she cooked me the steak and pasta

another time I did shakes and bars along with meals her and I would order food to the house

if you are serious about muscle youll get in your healthy calories and not let anything stand on your way
 
just tell the broad to make you a sandwich after you beat it up bro, eat that with a nice glass of milk and you should be just fine

LMAO This is great! My girlefriend knows how much I eat. It took her awhile to realize but now shes tells me to make anything I want. She'll fend for herself :)

I like to be left alone after a solid session of sex. So have her get her a$$ in the kitchen for 20 minutes to make you a sandwich. And usually by the time she's done, you'll be ready for round #2.
 
Sex. Eat here. Then eat her hannibal lector style with mushrooms, and Bruschetta. Bulk on those carbs and protein. Post pics. Get reps. All around win for you.
