i cant say anythings really lacking but last time i ran 1-t it didnt kick in real hard till wk3 so i was just trying to think of sumthn to run in the front for a nice kick to get thngs going but not further any shut down that may accure. strength is always my #1 priority and ive been hearing of people running form along with there cycles like pmag,hdrol,mdrol,phera,m14add and so on and getting good result from it. what else would you rec for 1-t ive been taking premax, toco, endo, and multivit and fishoil protien all the basics. and thanks for you help UK i appreciate it.
