I know this stuff is good for relaxation, and I know it can provide a fitness benefit if you need it for sleep, but why is MST putting it in their cordyceps products? In fact, I see other companies putting it in products it doesn't seem like it should be in. Is their really a benefit, or is it just to make us feel something?

Low dose rhodiola can relax, higher dose can amp you up or cause insomnia. Rhodiola is a potent adaptogen. It increases atp, like creatine, and increases your ability to operate in hypoxic conditions, iirc. I definitely increases your bodies ability to do work and adapt to the stresses of physical activity.

Sound good to you?

Sounds interesting. I'm sill not sure how I feel about the relaxation dose that I see in some products that are meant to be taken preworkout though. I like haveng my rage.

It's not a sleepy relaxed. It's just a chilled relax and it is one of the better supplements for your cardio.

great adaptagen, nothing like increased performance and recovery from a healthy product.

I've never gotten sleepy relaxed taking rhodiola. Nutrilite has a Rhodiola supplement that I take when I need energy and focus, not sleepy. 2 rhodiolas and and XS energy drink and good to go for a long time.

Yes, you should, to maintain effectiveness. I think 6 weeks is the limit, off the top of my head.

I think it's the other way around...less=energy, more is sedating.

i just picked some up yesterday. I'm taking one pill a day. I just quit smoking MJ and I'm looking for something to help with the aniexty and take the edge off. Hopefully this is the product for me.
