Wrasslin' MINI Log

Well today when I was out getting some food I saw this little Tai Chi DVD and book package for $4 and I've always wanted to checkout Tai Chai and also thought it might help me and my sleep issues.....So I figured why the hell not and picked it up, so I'm going to start this thing either tomorrow or Monday and see how it goes lol.

Who knows, maybe I'll actually get into it?
Time will tell haha.

Day 35

I see this is turning into a pseudo type log haha....Well updates are only important on workout days so it's all good.

Well so far today kicked ASS!! My strength and agressiveness is going thru the roof.....Along with muscular weight gain and fat loss =D

So today was chest and rear delts....

This mornings workout was I'll say 8-10+ sets of 5 rep incline bench followed by 6 burpees each time. Then the last 15 min of my workout was dbell flat bench flyes for 20-25 reps and who knows how many sets....Followed with 8 burpees. Finished it up with two 30sec bike sprints with a minute jog on treadmill inbetween.

After school I went up to our schools weight room because I don't have NEAR heavy enough dumbells at my house...And also turned out that the weight room didn't have enough weight either, I took the heaviest dumbells (55lb each) and was repping out 10-12 reps for bent over laterals, that was intense. I then followed up with some more movements for rear delts and get my burnout in.

Around 8 O'Clock comes some more light chest and burpees.....Got to get that flat bench in!



Also I was talking to my track coach today about sprinting like I did in Middle School since my knee has completely healed (don't even need Icy Hot now) and......I might be our sprinter for the 100, I am beyond stoked! I was untouchable in the 100 in MS so we'll see how I do.....

I was a little skeptical when I first starting messing around because I thought my back has shrunk but I'm not sure.....I almost positive though it's not as big as it used to....

Don't worry, it'll be better soon!
And I start cutting that fat starting the 14th, right now I'm doing my diet but eating what I want if I'm out somewhere as I need to add some more mass anyways.
 
Day 36 (Yesterday)

Great back workout....Sore as hell from it today haha.

Day 37 (Today)

Ok.....TODAY SUCKED!!!
I had good strength during front laterals....Did my 35's each arm 20 times which was beast....And my shrugs have only dropped 90lbs and 3 reps haha, got 225 for 3 reps while my old weight for that was 315 x6.

But that was the only good stuff about today.....This mornings workout my bad shoulder started messing with me....Same with my right one (I broke my clavicle on that side when I was little)....It wasn't sharp pains or anything, it was more of an aching pain and this morning I didn't think anything of it so I just did my workout.

But after school today I was doing military presses and wow the ache SUCKED, so I started doing lots of extra stretches and while I was doing that I started feeling my right shoulder and it was popping in TWO places and my right one was popping too but just one place so that's when I decided to call it quits.....Going to up my fat intake and see if that helps and also hopefully find some money and get a joint supp.....

Today just scared me, Monday too.
 
Ok as of now this log is done until I get my two products from BBS to run....They should come in on the day that I 'officially' start my prep.

Reason being for stopping this log is to well, take a break from logging everyday! Been pretty busy lately, and just gonna take this week or so off from it until everything really gets going....

So until then I'll let you guys know that I will be eating for more size until I start cutting, and also going to try and get my joints to stop hating me haha.

wrasslin, did you ever get any oep? i won a jug of it and wondered what you thought of it.
 
No bro, I really want to though it looks pretty solid!

Hopefully if money is good I'll be getting it for my prep once I get a couple weeks in...
Do you plan on logging it man?
