Topical Solution- past Use by...

I have found two bottles of PP Topical solution past "Use by" date 09/2009...
Is it safe(3 months after use by) to use it now ??? Just don't want to throw it out..

i would say its still good ive used some of there topicals after the exp date and they still worked fine but i will see if a rep can confirm this.
