off period between oral and injectables?

If you don't run and oral with an injectable(test in my case) and want to run it afterwards does the same rule of time on + time off = time before starting to inject or could you safely start right after pct of the oral?
 
the rule of thumb is usually bloodwork. other than that time off shou be equal to time on +pct, but that is an inaccurate way to estimate the time to regain your bodies homeostasis.
