Its a solid program ive tried it but i never had all the necasary equipment and space to continue it but i use some of it time and time again it truely is a good workout if your goals are cutting etc.

I have heard great things about P90X.

Locally the only things I have heard was "it was too hard so I quit." lol.

Dropped 40 pounds on it. It won't get you much in the way of size, but you'll see excellent definition and strength if you push the limit.

Yoga-X still destroys me one morning per week!

it's great! It's quick an easy when in a rush in college. It is nothing to pack on pounds of mass, but it will help you stay in athletic shape and keep you lean.

Did it for a few weeks but needed the adrenaline of the gym so gave it up. I do still use the Ab Ripper tho.

I did 3 cycles of P90X, then switched things up with the P90X plus version.

You WILL gain size on it if you modify things a bit. I use 100 lb dumbbells for the "lawnmower" and "heavy pants" and I started using the Power Pushup 2 when I hit 100 pushups. For the PlyoX and legs routines, I got a 20 lb MIR weight vest. I got all the extra equipment on sale or at a garage sale, so it wasn't a lot of money.

It is a great program. I was seeing great results. The one tip of advice I would give you is to be careful with your knees. I had too much will and dedication during the summer and I ended up hurting my knees. I still have trouble with my knees, they feel week. I havn't done any of the cardio workouts since then. So be careful with your knees.

What is some of the equipment you need for this? I have seen some youtube vids of guys with dumbells, resistance cables, the big air balls and the step up things, anything else?
