i like to bulk and lose some fat..
so how you will call this diet, BULK, lien BULK, CUT, or just useles, and what will you change in this diet?
thanks

who knows what it is. i dont do grams and there's no total calories listed.
you'll gain if you're above maintenace and lose if below. hopefully you know you maintenance calories and log your intake to see where you're at.
you cannot "bulk" and lost fat at the same time either. at 19% now is not the time for a bulk anyway.

You need a variety of vegetables in there. You need greens. I think you have your base down, but need the other additions.

I would also add grape juice in there somewhere for the antioxidents.

It is def a bulk diet with good protein and carbs, but still lacking other essentials.

thanks lads, i will add vegies with chiken brest meals, and consume some grape juice trought the day..

It looks pretty lean, personally i would throw some red meat in there from time to time too. What kind of rice are you eating Brown or white? Try alernating some sweet potatoes in there too.

u only need 5g of creatine. anything more is a waste

It would be a waste if you weren't keeping yourself hydrated with water or any high-glycemic, low acid juice or beverage. Any individual under 200lbs, 5g's would suffice. Bigger men 200lbs + could use 5g's pre and post WO totaling 10 and would not be a waist.

Honestly bro, at 19% BF it's about time for you to cut. If you took this diet you would just turn a piece of walking fat. If your calorie intake is high at the moment, then slowly lower it down to around 2300-2500.

Here is a sample "cutting" diet I've created in the past:

1. 6-10 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, half cup or cup of veggies.
2. Whey shake with water.
3. Tuna, dextrose or maize, brown rice.
WORKOUT
4.Whey shake w/ water, banana.
5. Red meat, brown rice and veggies.
6. Orange Roughy, vegetables, green salad,
7. Wild Tilapia, broccoli, sweet potatoes.
8. Cottage cheese & Nuts. (before bed)

I wouldn't recommend jumping into this right away, but this is just an idea.

As far as cardio goes, stick with HIIT EOD with the exception of leg days.
