You definitely will still need some form of creatine intake so i'd say either rag or cre. I like the idea of Cre-02 with something like Shred Ultra because of the way that the product has the ability to shuttle nutrients through your body. I usually take something like Cre-02 or Cordygen5 with my Shred Ultra for that extra little boost. Better oxygenation in your blood will lead to all sorts of better results from your other supplements :bigok:
