What should I do??!

A while ago I hurt my lower back because I was to lazy to move my weights out of the way the proper way. So after that workout out for a while I avoided using my lower back and it stopped hurting but the other day I was bxing for some cardio and every time a throw my right cross that exact spot hurts. What do you think I did to my lower back? Any advice to help fix it?
