No BS...I'm highly enjoying this stuff. Never had gains like this from anything else, ever.
This is my first go 'round with anything 'real' so that probably explains some of the awesome gains, I'd imagine.
Went from about 222 lbs last week to 232 lbs in 7 days. Jumped right into P-plex at 3 caps/day, with no other PS or supps outside of protein/multi.
I'm doing this cycle as perfectly/carefully as I can:
Liver support supps for a week and a half prior to starting
Cycle support every day
Tons of water
300g protein/day
Upped the calories a bit over normal
No booze (Which I do admittedly miss quite a bit)
Using a nifty custom blend I made from trueprotein.com that with a heavy amount of BCAAs/glutamine and fast carbs with whey before/after every workout.
200mg caffeine before they gym
Strength gain is just as impressive as the weight gain, remember this is 1 weeks difference:
Inclines from 225x5 to 255x5 (I have a micheal-phelps-like armspan, so this is a big deal for me)
Standing military press from 145 to 165
Ridiculous gain on leg presses
I've already maxed out the weight stack on leg extensions, but I've probably added 5 reps to the movement.
etc etc etc !
Wasn't intending on going with more sets/volume with this cycle, BUT... I feel so freaking great and intense at the gym that I just started doing a few more sets at each workout just cause it felt good. Doing some more cardio to keep my heart/lungs in shape and to help my cardiovascular system keep up with the weight gain, and even the cardio is getting crazy gains. Can bust out a half mile in 3 minutes at the *end* of a hard workout now, so I think my mile times are probably deep into the 6:xx range now.
Long story short, I really really like this stuff. No sides yet save for some mild back pumps that I fixed with more water intake.
Plan is to run P-plex for 2-3 weeks depending on feel/gains, into 2-3 weeks of Epistane, then hit the Nolva/Formex generic PCT, along with some NO-explode to keep up intensity and maybe continue some gains as I restart creatine during pct. At this point I'm honestly hoping for 20+lbs gains by the end of this, which is much higher than my initial goal. Cheers!
