Pslin 15min vs 30 minutes

So i have been experimenting with Pslin and i normally take it either 15 minutes pre-carb meal and 2 hours before training. IM trying to find my optimal timing for maximal carb absorption..

Question is.....

Does it really make that big a difference whether its 15mins before a meal or 30 minutes before the meal? With Anabolic Pump, it works best 30-45 minutes before a meal, but seeing the two supplements have different goals would eating carbs 30 minutes after taking Pslin decrease its efficacy?

got ya

If i wait an hour I get really really tired.

If I wait 45 mins I get tired after I eat.

If I wait 35 mins everything feels all nice and full...

If I wait 15 mins... never really felt it.

I always dose between 35 and 45 mins... but thats me and I know that everyone is different.

Very good info. Thank You!

Be careful. I went hypo after 30 mins nearly every time.
Maybe I'm a hyper responder.

lol everyone is different you prove it...

but at the same time; i'm a big guy in a big way :( working on it tho.

thanks to OEP!

Im 190 and take it about 30 min before my preworkout meal. I would say it kicks in 15-20 min after i finish my meal and that is when i get the surge

hey what happens if you take a pslin after workout? will it lead to better recovery due to the intense glucose shuttling to the muscles?

It's the only time I use it. I follow a AP/Recreate fasted workout protocol followed by P-Slin.

I like it that way as it allows me to eat much more post-workout than I typically could. I get carb hungry...
