I will be starting a GHenerate log starting tonight (Friday Nov.20). This is not sponsored by LG and will be 100% honest. I will post all my reviews about the supplements here and my training log and video's and pictures will be on the

I am coming off my 3rd bodybuilding show and starting to train for a powerlifting meet in Feb. There are pics from show on my log meet report if you would like to see.

If any one from LG would like for me log some of there products along with it I would love to.
 
Took my first dose this morning. I am going to do ghenerate a bit different. Since the real GH prototocal is the GH first thing in mornings I am going to that with ghenerate. I will do my other as soon as my workout ends. On nonworkout days I will do one before bed and one first thing in the morning. I am doing the I-GH-1 before bed with some GABA and melatonin.
 
You can try that, but the reason "real" GH is used in the morning is that your natural GH release is highest at night and hits a low spot in the morning. The thought is that you don't want to shut it down at that natural high point.
 
I took the dose before last on an off day. Did have midnight wood for the first time in a while.

I just did the dose before workout and didn't notice anything special.
 
One week of the Ghenerate down. I don't expect much out of any supplement after only one week, especially GH stuff. The one thing I have started to notice is that my muscles do feel full just about all the time. Didn't feel that way before.
I have started a natural kind of GH, T3, Insulin combo by combining Ghenerate, Forslean and Bulk Banaba 20%.

I am having super good pumps and feeling fool all the time since using this. I have been doing 1 serving at night, 1 early morning and 1 at workout time. Will probably get another bottle soon to have 3 months worth. I am staying really lean and even more vascular since using this. Good stuff so far.

Awesome man, so you dosing 3x per day?
 
I want to give an update on the Ghenerate. I have gained about 4 lbs in almost 3 weeks. Strength is doing well. I am still very vascular and just as lean as when I started. I added Huperzine-A to the Ghenerate and notice that I sleep way better when taking the Huperzine-A before bed with the Ghenerate.

Nice feedback man! That is aweosme lean gains with a GH product!
