Has anyone tried this? How has it worked for you?

Any idea on proper dosing? It comes in 400mg ampules

I've always had varying effects even with the same brand of SAMe that I've used. Interested in trying Samyr just to get away from instability issues with the tabs.

SAM-e injection do work well only if your biochemistry allows for it.

I felt decent on oral SAM-e, so I am assuming this will be better?

I'm interested to hear what people think is the best brand of SAM-e out there too.

So far I've tried Source Naturals' and Pro-Health's
