DAY 23 ch,dt,tr,bw,bt(last night)

Inc. DB Press - 70x10 warm-up, 90's - 10,4,3 = 17(-10lbs but up 7 reps) I only hit 11 total using 95's last time, so I figured i'd drop the weight a bit.

Inc. DB Flye Widowmaker - 45x21(new exercise)

Smythe Mil Press - 165 - 7,3,3 = 13(+5lbs)

Machine Tri Extension - 180 - 18,8,4 = 30(+10lbs and 1rp pretty nice)
Widowmaker - 135x25(+15lbs, -5rp def strength increase still)

Deads - 135x10, 225x8, 315x8(-50lbs but up 2rp) I concentrated more on form and really squeezing at the top while also slowing down the negative portion of the movement. I actually "felt" the movement a lot better than when I just drive up from the floor and rep 'em out fast. I'm finally allowing my ego to step aside so I can make noticeable improvements to my physique

T Bar Row - 3pl and 1/4 x17(+2rp)

This entire session was a struggle cuz I was tired as hell for some reason and had zero energy or motivation. I wasn't able to get intense and amped up like I normally do. Oh well, next time will be better.

Machine Preacher Curls - 130 - 9,5,4 = 18(+4rp)
Widowmaker - 105x21(+1rp)

Seated DB Wrist Curls - 30's - 22(+2rp),22(+2rp) Great pump in my forearms with these.

Horizontal Leg Press - 415 - 15,8,8 = 31 I RP these cuz 415 is as high as the machine goes and that's AFTER I added a 10lb plate to the stack lol POS. So i'll be RP these and doing widowmakers on the leg extension machine. I wish my gym had a fckin hack squat machine :zx11pissed:

Leg Extension Widowmaker - 225x22(+10lbs)

Good Mornings - 150x18(+10lbs and 1rp), 155x15(+15lbs)

Seated Calve Raises - 116x18 warm-up, 136x20 warm-up, 161x26(+15lbs and 8rp), drop set to 116x27(+6rp), drop set to 96x32(+17rp). The pump was rigoddamndiculous! I also did my negatives 2sec faster, so that's probably why the weight and reps went up so much.

Rope Crunches - 100x30, 110x30

10min Treadmill 30cals Burned

Had an awesome session even though my diet has been absolutely terrible the past few days. I've puked and felt nauseous all day. Also, my appetite has been almost non-existent. That's pretty insane that strength still went up and my workout went well. Testopro is the sheeeeeet :) Libido has sort of leveled off. It's still higher than normal, but it has stayed the same for the past week or so. I only have 2 more days left of the testopro so that sucks, but it has been a great ride for sure. I recommend it for anyone looking for increased strength and a couple pounds of LBM in about a months time. The libido boost is quite nice as well. Considering that I have been semi-dieting and now seriously dieting for the past couple weeks and have GAINED 2lbs from this says a lot. My wife also commented on my waist line last night and she said it has gotten smaller since I have been taking the tesopro. So that's how I know my gains are 100% muscle. Plus I can tell just by looking in the mirror. I look a little leaner and my muscles are fuller/more round throughout the day.

Low Pulley Cable Crossover Widowmaker - 60x21(same)

Seated DB Mil Press - 70's - 8,4,2 = 14(+10lbs)

Seated DB Lateral Widowmaker - 25x22(+1rp) Delts were really pumped after these.

Skull Crushers - 80+EZ BAR - 9,4,3 = 16(+5lbs)

DB Rows - 110x13 Skipped these last time, so not sure if strength was up or down.

Shrugs using Flat Lever Style Bench - 341x15 Felt something VERY painful in my back, so I stopped and skipped the 2nd set. My back is still killing me and I dunno wtf I did, but it sucks.

Skipped Bent Over BB Rows because of my back.

Other than pulling something in my back, the session went well. I doubt it's serious, just a minor pull and should be fine in a couple days, but **** it hurts.
