Stack suggestions for fat loss

Hey guys, was wondering ya'lls thoughts on this stack for losing some weight while maintaining/gaining some muscle at the same time?

Phyto-test
Oral Sustain Alpha
Dermatherm
Green Tea
Banaba (used only for carb meals)
x-factor

I plan on doing a high protein/fat and low carb diet from Rob Faigin's book. I will carb load every 3 and 4 days. This is when I plan on using the banaba. Thoughts or recommendations?

You know what i found actually works awesome with a high fat diet, CLA. You already got the dermatherm and green tea in there so save some $ and go for the fat loss stack.

Good idea. Thanks crazychemist.....would you keep the phyto-test and sustain in there then? I thought increasing test levels would enable me to lean out faster as well help increase weight in the gym and maybe a little of muscle mass. Not really restriting calories a whole lot....mainly just manipulation of my carb intake. So I should stay pretty strong throughout!

Diet is the main thing with a cut so I wouldn't bother with too many supps. The fat loss stack should be enough but you can:

- Add in some Forslean to ensure you keep the muscle and assist with the fat loss
- Add in the SA if you have libido issues when cutting. This normally happens to me so I run a low dose test booster. You could use the SA as 3-on/3-off as some people do when running a PH to keep their libido up.
- Add the Phyto-test and go for more of a recomp. Phyto-test is supposed to increase the appetite so you would need to increase calories so if you want to reach a particular weight goal this wouldn't be the right option.

I would only select one of the above depending upon your goals i.e. Forslean for max fat loss, SA to keep libido up if you have this prob when cutting and Phyto-test for a true recomp.

Agree on that. Nice posting.

I would just use the fat loss stack and combine that with SA. Testosterone levels tend to drop with calorie restriction so a test booster is a good idea. I also wouldn't use Phyt-Test during a cut - it might make dieting difficult with it increasing your hunger.

Thanks jdrainnin. Yea I am not wanting the libido to drop so gonna do that. Hey quick question off topic here but I have some t-force by omega and was wondering how that would stack with the new oral SA? Overkill or 'wood' Kill!!!!! haha

Haha no prob.

I think combining T-Force and SA is a great idea. It's not overkill IMO as they work through different mechanisms. Fadogia increases cholesterol bio-synthesis --> increasing testosterone but depletes enzymes within the testicles and resveratrol has a protective effect on testicles. SA might help you get a little more out of T-Force and then some is what I'm trying to say :D

Sweet! Thanks for that. After I stop the t-force will those enzymes go back to normal or and I messing up anything internally with the fadogia?

No you'll be fine. Just take a break. Fadogia needs to be cycled intelligently.

Treat your body good; take in plently of essential and saturated fats and some zinc.
