Stop Sweating?

Are there any supplements to reduce arm pit perspiring?

I use to never ever sweat from the arm pits (nothing ridiculous anyways).. and then I took my first pro-hormone and it seems like ever since that day Im constantly rocking pit stains... it's ridiculous

Ive tried different deoderants and anti-persperants but nothing seems to do a job good. It also doesnt help that Im a Canadian living about 2 miles from Mexico, so the heat kills me here.

Is this normal for a PH to increase sweating ? And is there anything I can do to deal with it?

Gotta be careful with anything that slows down your sweating. You could use antiperspirants, but they contain aluminum which may or may not cause cancer.

Since I've been off cycle for 2 months now, sweating has gone down noticeably. I've been to the doctors about other things and I've been told my blood pressure and heart rate are both normal.

Normal and optimal are 2 different beasts. However, as you've already said, your body is probably just adjusting to a new climate. It's not only hotter here, but much more humid. Where in TX are you at?

Everytime you go pee, wash your armpits and re-apply your deoderant, this should keep you dry and smelling fresh...haha I just wanted to say pee

McAllen, Tx. Right near the border. Im probably about 4 hours south of you.
And Im not sure, the first few months I was here I was fine. Then I grabbed a PH and now I got to be careful about what color shirt I buy. Its ridiculous.

Ask your doctor for drysol, I use a generic version of that every night before bed. It burns the first few times you put it on, especially if you have to use a lot like I do. It has this little cap that's supposed to dispense tiny amounts which does nothing for me but if you turn it upside down and press on it like 3-4 times before putting it on each pit you can get more out.

burn is an understatement. my brother used this because he used to not shower and he smelled terrible, i have hyperhydrosis so i tried it and it felt like it was melting my skin coupled with huge red sunburn looking areas under them that lasted a few days. think i took it 2 times total.

I have been taking coconut cream. Coconut oil is more expensive where i live. It appears to reduce my sweating by a bit. :)

It sounds weird, but for me some girl deoderants work well compared to guy stuff and girl love the smell of themselves so its just iceing on the cake

i wore my gf's deoderant one time. it smelled so strong on me. never again. i smelled like flowers, too metro for my taste.

It goes away after the first week or so. The first few nights trying to sleep with that feeling are horrendous though.

I had the same issue, excessive sweating. I spoke with my doctor. He told me to get sage extract. I did and it has worked great. I would say that my sweating has been reduced by more than 50%. It was like $10 for the bottle and still have quite a bit left. Might be something to look into.

Hmm thanks! Any side effects? And where can you get it??
