Today was my first day.,. im sure this product has already been reviewed and logged several times, but doing this will definitely help me stay on track.. I at 5'8 and weigh about 178 pounds.. I want to drop down to about 165... I take 2 recreates first thing in the morning (8am), and eat a cup of oatmeal for breakfast. I then go to school and work out after class on MWF,,, for an hour... i return home around 2..when i take 2 more recreates and eat a can of tuna... and have to get ready for work at 3.. When i get home from work around 7 I may do a little cardio if any,, but usually very light or ill just push ups and sit ups.. and will usually eat dinner but watch my calories and try to eat healthy and drink nothing but water throughout the day,. Now on Tues and Thurs... i pretty much have the same schedule but the only difference is that i cant go to the gym in the morning because i have more classes these days. So i still take the recreate in the morn, eat oatmeal.. go to school.. maybe eat something really light before i take the second dose of recreate before work.. get out of work around 7 and go do cardio or light weight training. Now i have heard many people say to stack this with AP.. i was considering doing so this friday but wanted to try recreate by itsself for a few days first to gauge its affects. with what im trying to do and how im going about doing it.,. does anyone have any suggestions? BTW my goal is to drop down to 165 and have lean muscle.. not bulk.. and would love to lose as much excess belly fat as possible., any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

PS i am new to this,, and this is my first post, and first ever log... and pretty much my first attempt in using a dietary supplement.. i hope i chose the right one to make a difference.. I chose recreate based on the research i did and found on other sites but primarily this one.. thanks guys

Excellent. We have a team here at AnabolicMinds that is unlike anything you will get anywhere else. Literally THE elite athletes in the game, top product educators and the CEO/chief formulator all at your grasp. Lets do this buddy...

I at 5'8 and weigh about 178 pounds.. I want to drop down to about 165...
This is a perfect goal for a hardcore recomp. You WILL be more muscular and much leaner at the end of this cycle.

I take 2 recreates first thing in the morning (8am), and eat a cup of oatmeal for breakfast.
I would add some Anabolic-Pump here. This will help keep the carbohydrate storage ONLY in your muscles, rather than in your fat cells. This will be crucial if we have to drop calories significantly. If you have ever done low/zero carb, you will instantly appreciate the potent effects that Anabolic-Pump will have on your carbohydrate metabolism.

Also - Any protein source here?

I then go to school and work out after class on MWF,,, for an hour...
Can you give us a training split and/or layout for each day? We want to be sure that we can maximize your time and assure the most fat-loss possible (while retaining lean muscle mass obviously).

i return home around 2..when i take 2 more recreates and eat a can of tuna...
Any healthy fats or complex carbohydrate here? Protein is obviously very important but it is in no way a sole source of nutrition. I would add some health fats (All Natural Peanut/Almond butter, Almonds or I personally use a CLA/Fish Oil Blend). These EFA's will expedite the fat-loss process and assure adequate hormone production as well as the 'full' feeling. All effects that you want 'on your side' during this transformation.

and have to get ready for work at 3.. When i get home from work around 7 I may do a little cardio if any,, but usually very light or ill just push ups and sit ups..
Lets make this mandatory. All in man, 100%. Even it is is light, make it mandatory. Have you ever looked in to P90X? They have some excellent ideas for home training. I have used the program as a supplemental source of cardio with great results.

and will usually eat dinner but watch my calories and try to eat healthy and drink nothing but water throughout the day,.
I would like to see some conventional meal choices from you if you may. Clean/healthy eating is always subjective. We need to treat this diet as a system and work off the synergy of not only the supplements but the macro/micronutrients in your diet.

Again, I would like to see you taking in a lean form of protein at each feeding along with either fat or carbohydrate, depending on time of day. We can help you with this.

Now i have heard many people say to stack this with AP.. i was considering doing so this friday but wanted to try recreate by itsself for a few days first to gauge its affects.
Ok, sounds logical...

We can help you out. How old are you? How tall are you? What is your estimated body-fat percentage?
