Help needed for Superdrol PCT

Hi guys, could you please help me with my planned Superdrol course?

At the moment I am planning:-

Cycle:

Superdrol (20/20/20 - might bump up to 30)
+ Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support
+ Taurine if required

Post Cycle:

Nolva (60 first day. 40 for rest of week, then 20 for two weeks)
+ Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support
+ Diesel Test Hardcore

(I have already bought all these products)

Should I be looking to add an anti-cortisol supp? If so, would that be at 3 weeks of PCT?

Cycle looks good! I would add an AI somewhere in the middle of the nolva tapering down atleast 2 weeks post nolva. My belief is that many gyno cases is from SERM related estrogen rebound especially with SD since it cant cause gyno by its own.

Also I dont think you need to dose the nolva as high as 60 mgs. Do 40 if you want but 20 is enough in most cases. Anticort is nice to add in the third week as you wrote.

I would also run a high dose omega-3 supplement and maybe som Q10 for extra cardiovascular support.

I have some Q10 to hand so I'll take that while i'm taking the superdrol.

What AI would anyone recommend?
 
Dunno about others, but I like Alri's RESTORE for AI, test boost, and cortisol control in my PCT.

I do 1st two weeks nolva only, then drop nolva dose and add RESTORE, and taper that down. I also added Alpha Drive ($10) and take creatine as well, along with a multi-vit.

So far I've only lost 2 pounds in PCT on the last two epi cycles, and I'm hoping to have the same luck following a M-drol to P-Plex bridge.

Looks ok I would run the nolva at 20/20/20/20 and would start the PCS on the 3rd week of pct as it has some anti estro properties. A cortisol product would be good but not a must but if you run one start that in 3rd week of pct also. Be sure to preload the Cycle Support 7-10 days before cycle. Good luck.

1) Thanks for this - should I take the Diesel Test tabs from the start of my PCT or take that in week three?

2) Leaning towards Anabolic Xtreme's Lean FX as the anti cortisol to take in week 3 of PCT onwards but open to suggestions.

You can take the DTHC from the start and use the PCS/LX starting in week 3. Best of luck bro.
 
Anytime bro.:)

I just read that its bad to take saw palmetto during cycle... Now.. i ran AI cycle support during my havoc cycle and gained 10lbs, week 2 of PCT currently and maintained every lb so far... why cant there be any definitive, factual information!!! the more i try to learn the more confused i get!

There is no problem running saw palmetto on cycle the proof is your gains.
