Why is this my favorite Universal Supplement?
I have found that supplementing with EAAs and glutamine right after a workout to be most beneficial for recovery. Both on a cut and a bulk. However, I find that EAAs really shine on a cut due to its ability to prevent muscle catabolism. Also, current research/medical studies have shown that supplementing with free form amino acids right after a workout is the best way to prevent muscle catabolism because since they do not require digestion, they are readily absorbed into the blood stream and into your muscles, hence reducing muscle catabolism significantly. Another reason why it is a staple for any cut is because it provides the essentials without the unnecessary calories.
