Guys,

I'm just giving you guys the heads up on our new Peanut Butter Flavor. We just released it this week and its been a huge hit so far. With all the talk on the board from you guys talking about your favorite flavors I guarantee it all changes with this one. Our food scientist nailed the peanut butter flavor head on. We are selling the flavor on our site right now in Isolate and Blend, please give me the feedback, do a review, anything just let us know what you think.

Your recipe for home made protein bars.

Ever changing. This last batch was (if memory serves)

Whey Protein - ~600g
Naturally More PB - ~2 jars
Honey - 1 cup
Oats - 2 cups

Melt the PB and honey in a big bowl in the microwave.
Add protein and oats (I like to grind up the oats first).
Add water as necessary to remain mixable.
Put parchment paper down on baking pan and pour mixture on.
Spatula out to fill pan.
Put in freezer...take out after an hour or two (or whenever it hardens some)
Cut into desired calorie specs with pizza cutter. (I did 24 bars at ~325 calories each)

THEY WILL WARM UP FAST...like in minutes, and they get gooey. I had to cut half the pan and then put it back in the freezer to refreeze the other half again. I keep them (individually wrapped) in the freezer, and when you take them out they are soft enough to eat in 2-3 minutes.

Mine broke down to 40/30/30 pro/car/fat. Pretty tasty, but I keep changing the mixture around. Next time Ill drop the Natty More PB and go for a different tasting Natural PB. Naturally more is my fav...but I think the recipe needs a new pb taste to it.

Pretty simple recipe though...but I like it. No BS...just good ingredients and you can work them to get the macros you want. Changing PB = new flavor, changing protein = new flavor, etc.

Nice, I'll be trying this

Another great quick snack this might work well with...Sludge. (Scivation)

In a small bowl add one serving peanut butter and two scoops protein. Mix with a little bit of water (not too much...just enough to mix!). Either freeze for a half hour + or microwave for 30-60 seconds. Awesome. The cinnamon bun is perfect for this stuff.

DUDE.... YUM!

DUDE.... YUM!

Oh you have no idea...so damn good. I personally do 48g of Naturally More PB and 3 scoops of Cinnamon Bun with just enough water to mix like dough. Freeze for 45 minutes. UNREAL. I eat it almost every day lol. If I was one of those people who was lucky enough to need several thousand calories a day...those "I cant eat enough!" people...I would eat this twice a day in large servings!

Unfortunately Im one of those people who gains weight fairly easily...which I guess is also a blessing in its own right.

Just tried this today. Got my np order with a 5lber of wildberry. The pb was good, but not as strong as I would have liked. Lov e the wildberry though

I like it just the way it is. I usually throw 1 or 2 scoops into 4-6 oz of water max, throw it back and just sip water there out. So, for me the flavor is decent enough. Especially since I do not like strong, thick, or really sweet protein drinks. I prefer to get my supps done and quench my thirst with good old fashion water.

Not a fan of the batch of Peanut Butter Isolate I bought at all. Tasted like it had no sweetner added at all, had to add some chocolate syrup just to make it edible and even then it wasn't very good. No idea if this is how it's supposed to taste or if it's just a bad batch but I doubt I'll order the flavor again. Very disappointing, especially after the awesome Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup batch I had prior to this.

Every other flavor I've ever bought or sampled from ATW (Banana, Cinnamon Bun, Choc PB Cup, Choc, Vanilla, Egg Nog, Choc Mint, Strawberry, vanilla ice cream sandwich) has been either decent or awesome though, so I'm still a fan. Especially vanilla ice cream sandwich which I'm trying for the first time. It might be taking the crown as my new favorite...

Just realized it says PB cup... thought it said chocolate PB cup (which I loved). I have not tried the peanut butter

Yeah this is for plain peanut butter which is night and day from the great choc pb cup.

I still haven't found out if it's supposed to taste this bland or if it's a screwup.

I've been wondering about the taste as well. Do you know the lot number on yours?
