Anabolic Pump / P-slin / 1-carboxy dosing on Ultimate Diet 2.0

Hi Guys

Im currently running the Ultimate Diet 2.0 and have recently brought some Anabolic Pump/ P slin/ Bulk 1-C . For those of you who dont know what UD2.0 is, its basically like a CKD

Im trying to workout the best way to add these supps into me plan

Basically monday to thursday is low cal/ low carbs (less than 50g). I was thinking about possibly adding AP with 30g oats pre workout monday and tuesday on which i do full body glycogen depletion workouts. MY thinking however is this would be backwards since AP drives glycogen into the muscles and the point of the workouts is to deplete the muscles of glycogen. Am i right in thinking it would be pointless to add AP here?

On thursday Pm i do my tension workout. I was thinking of dosing Anabolic pump waiting 15mins then consuimg 30g oats +15g whey then completing the workout

15mins prior to completing the workout ill consume 1dose of Pslin

After workout i begin my carb load which lasts the rest of thursday night, All friday and finshes saturday morning. How would i best dose the AP / p-slin throughout the carb up (I take in around 1000g carbs). On saturday am i consume one meal then complete my power workout. Carbs for sat wil be moderate and cals will be maintenance and carbs on sunday are are low and cals below maintenance

Any Ideas on how to best dose the AP / P-slin


I also brought Bulk 1-c (mainly for sleep).

Was thinking of dosing 800mg pre bed and maybe also one other dose during the day. If im only going to do one more dose do you guys think it would be more beneficial first thing AM or Pre Workout. Also would this be a good thing to use pre fasted cardio?

when I was on ckd. I went to the gym for fasted weights and cardio. I took AP 20 mins before I went to the gym. taking AP fasted and before the gym aids in liberating and burning fat over muscle in your body or something like that. mulletsolider posted several threads about this.

for carb up days. I took pslin up to twice a day, when I used it three times a day I got all plugged up something fierce, even though I ate tons of fibrous grains. I ate 8 meals on carb up days, and I used pslin for meals with ~150g carbs, two meals, and then AP for two meals @ about 80-100g carbs. then the rest of the day I just ate meals as normal with some na-rala.

hope that helps. fyi I find that whenever I have a question about USPLabs I just drop it in the USPLabs part of the forum the reps always answer there uber quick.
 
thanks man i really appreciate it. so you never had any problems with going a bit hypoglycemic when taking the ap before fasted weights and cardio?

In terms of my depletion workouts i do on monday and tuesday, the last 1.5 hours each. Would it not be likely i would be in quite a catabolic state doing these fasted?

Maybe i could do them taking AP then something like a protein shake and some broccoli then the workouts?

never ever, not even a little. Again while I'm not a rep and don't know all the whatevers about the product. I'm pretty sure its an insulin mimmicker.

yeah you would definitly be catabolic. but any long time in the gym also stresses your body, causing cortisol, causing fat retention. it's different for everyone but the rule of thumb is about an hour max at a time. I think it is not a fact until 50 people think the same.

is this for your depletion w/o's? just eat a banana way better than broccoli or drink some oj. if you want a shake sure why not. I'm just partial to my fasted training.
