Hi Guys
Im currently running the Ultimate Diet 2.0 and have recently brought some Anabolic Pump/ P slin/ Bulk 1-C . For those of you who dont know what UD2.0 is, its basically like a CKD
Im trying to workout the best way to add these supps into me plan
Basically monday to thursday is low cal/ low carbs (less than 50g). I was thinking about possibly adding AP with 30g oats pre workout monday and tuesday on which i do full body glycogen depletion workouts. MY thinking however is this would be backwards since AP drives glycogen into the muscles and the point of the workouts is to deplete the muscles of glycogen. Am i right in thinking it would be pointless to add AP here?
On thursday Pm i do my tension workout. I was thinking of dosing Anabolic pump waiting 15mins then consuimg 30g oats +15g whey then completing the workout
15mins prior to completing the workout ill consume 1dose of Pslin
After workout i begin my carb load which lasts the rest of thursday night, All friday and finshes saturday morning. How would i best dose the AP / p-slin throughout the carb up (I take in around 1000g carbs). On saturday am i consume one meal then complete my power workout. Carbs for sat wil be moderate and cals will be maintenance and carbs on sunday are are low and cals below maintenance
Any Ideas on how to best dose the AP / P-slin
I also brought Bulk 1-c (mainly for sleep).
Was thinking of dosing 800mg pre bed and maybe also one other dose during the day. If im only going to do one more dose do you guys think it would be more beneficial first thing AM or Pre Workout. Also would this be a good thing to use pre fasted cardio?
