I do 80-100mcg of LR3 a day with complex carbs...Is this too much to all be done post workout? Should I be breaking it up into a morning and post work shot of 40mcgs each? Should I worry about going hypo off that dose?
That is a high and frequent dosage. Is it too high? Only you can say. What kind of sides are you experiencing? Any headaches or painful gas? How lethargic do you become? And yes I would think you should experience a drop in blood glucose levels enough to be noticed.
i get tired, numbness in hands, and yea a drop in insulin levels but i take complex carbs so thats not a issue...i shoot 100mcgs at once for 4wks...it works best that way
